Before purchasing any plan, users have access to a complete and detailed Help Center, where they can review all available features, limitations, and platform usage conditions. This ensures that purchasing decisions can be made consciously and informed.
Once a plan is activated, the service is considered to have started. As this is a digital service with immediate execution, and in accordance with applicable law, no refunds are issued after payment.
Exceptions will only be considered in cases of proven technical failure or incorrect billing.
